GIB bidding 4th suit for no particular reason

Don't think it should bid 2c as opposed to 3nt?
Really don't think it should bid 3c which IMO should be 5-5 H/C (not 4+/4+) rather than 3nt?
Perhaps I should have figured it out after it bid 3nt, but I shouldn't be put in this position IMO.

Good example of another bidding flaw that comes up frequently. Your side needs a club stop to bid NT and Gib has it as part of its balanced opening hand. What's the point in club bid(s) other than make things as difficult as possible for partner?
