i know im not a 2/1 expert but how can the bot pass 3h? is my 2d bid forcing to game or not? and even i it is not
surely with 2 suits bid and supported it has to be 100 percent forcing. making 7

2D shows @10+ in competition. 1NT* is natural here. 2/1 game forcing only applies in non competition auctions.

2 is not forcing to game. I would think that 3 should be forcing, though.

However, GIB doesn't apply the logic that unlimited calls are forcing. Hence, if it is described as (say) 11+ points but not explicitly described as "forcing", GIB might pass it.
