cannot chat consistently

Much of the time(40-50%),when playing in a casual game where I've been taken to the first available table, the chat box does not work. This happens when I log on both visibly and invisibly. I use windows 10 always with the latest software update, and the Firefox browser. I wish I had more tell, but I don't see any pattern or other info I can provide. I am willing to try different things when this occurs, just please respond and let me know - what.

Can you try using the new HTML5 version?
