What are GIB's criteria for a 3rd seat weak 2 bid? Looks ok for a 3rd seat 2d opener to me. I'm not sure I'd do it first or second seat vulnerable, it's close.

You should have paid for the Super Premium version of GIB. The basic and advanced GIBs recognize a takeout double. The Super Premium GIBs not only recognize a takeout double but know how to respond to a takeout double.
