Curious if Adam or Sieong have explored other continuations after such a start as 1N-2D, 2H-3D. In this sequence, responder shows either 5H/5D or 4H/6D and opener may have 2, 3, or 4+ hearts. The continuation goes something like...

3H-3 hearts
.....3S-5H, agrees hearts
.....3N-4H/6D, nf
.....etc-4H/6D
3S-4 hearts, agrees hearts
.....3N-nonserious?
3N-no interest, both side suits double-stopped or length

I'm wondering if fit could be agreed at the 4-level somehow. 3H seems like it should start some relay to differentiate 5/5 from 4/6 and shortness as well

3H-relay ask promising diamonds?
3S-3 hearts but no diamond fit
3N-no fit at all
4L-4 hearts

Anyway, I'm trying to borrow this NT structure for other situations (I want 1C-1S, 2C-3D to be 4S/6D or 5S/5D) and it would be nice to use the same continuation.

Any ideas?

3H-diamond fit
.....3S-5/5
..........3N-4/6, COG
3S-3H, no diamond fit
.....3N-4/6, COG
3N-no fit

One of our regular posters PM'd me about a step (at the 4-level) to show a double fit.

Thinking about continuations. For the first time the 4L bids are used by either partner.....

4m-set the minor
.....4m+1 is RKC
4om-agrees the major
.....4M-to play
.....4M+1 is RKC
4M-to play
4OM-RKC for the minor
4N-RKC for the M

which means that you can't immediately RKC for hearts unless you use 4N. I don't like to remember stuff like that.

Looking at a case for hearts and clubs it would go

3H-support for clubs
.....3S-5H/5C
..........3N-offer
...............4C-sets clubs
....................4D-RKC
...............4D-sets hearts, 6H/5C
....................4H-nf
....................4S-RKC
...............4H-6H/5C, nf
....................4S-RKC
...............4S-RKC clubs
...............4N-RKC hearts

3S-3 hearts, no club fit
.....3N-4/6, COG
..........4C-sets clubs
..........4S-RKC clubs (yuck but should be very rare)
.....4C-sets clubs (4/6)
..........4D-RKC
.....4D-sets hearts (5/5)
..........4H-nf
...............4S-RKC
.....4H-nf
..........4S-RKC
.....4S-RKC clubs
.....4N-RKC hearts

3N-no fit
.....4C-sets clubs (4/6)
.....4D-sets hearts (6/5)
.....4H-nf (6/5)
.....4S-RKC clubs

4C-sets clubs
.....4D-RKC clubs

4D-sets hearts (4+ fit here)
.....4H-nf
..........4S-RKC
.....4S-RKC

4H-nf (4+ fit here)

4S-RKC clubs (rare)

3H-3+m
.....3S-5/5
..........3N-nf
...............4m-sets m
...............4om-extras (6M/5m)
...............4M-6M/5m
...............4OM-RKC m
